2. Cancellation of Site Visits or Inquiries
If you schedule a site visit or submit an inquiry through Bukxe, you may cancel or withdraw that request at any time by contacting our support team or the relevant property developer directly.
Bukxe does not charge a fee for scheduling or canceling a site visit.
3. Referral Commission Disputes
Commissions are paid out only after successful property transactions that are verified and completed. Once a commission has been paid for a valid referral, it is generally treated as final.
However, Bukxe reserves the right to review a transaction and require reversal or return of commission funds in limited cases such as:
- Fraudulent activity or material misrepresentation.
- Cancellation or reversal of the underlying property purchase before final settlement.
- Clerical or processing errors affecting payment accuracy.
4. Refund of Paid Services
Bukxe currently does not charge users a fee to join or use the referral platform. Because there are no platform membership fees at this time, there are generally no refund scenarios related to subscriptions or access charges.
If Bukxe introduces paid premium services in the future, this policy will be updated to describe any applicable refund terms for those services.
